Vehicle upgrades including Locking Differentials, Big Tires, High-Lift Suspension, etc., as listed on individual trip descriptions, are considered safety requirements because some trails simply can not be navigated safely without these upgrades. For your own safety and to avoid undue hardship to others, please do not attempt to participate without equipment that is required, according to difficulty ratings, by misrepresenting your vehicle. Visitors may wish to ask members the difficulty in their own words before attempting a unfamiliar terrain or run.

JEEPING JEEPERS TRAIL RULES

If you have any kind of medical problems i.e. heart problem, asthma, or extreme allergies, please make the Trail Boss aware of these concerns.

TREAD LIGHTLY – protect all animals and vegetation.

If you hauled it in – then you haul it out. Don’t leave anything on the trail.

When traveling in a group, DO NOT make a turn until the vehicle behind you has seen which direction you turned.

Keep the vehicle behind you in sight whenever possible, if you don’t see it, STOP, and if necessary, go back after a reasonable amount of time. Also, let others know what’s up.

If you want to leave the group for any reason, notify the Trail Boss.

Warn the vehicle behind you of any hazards or oncoming traffic.

Keep everything inside the vehicle secured at all times. The highest incident of injury in a roll-over is due to flying objects inside the vehicle.

Do not participate on a run with a vehicle you know is in poor mechanical condition. Why ruin everybody’s day along with your own?

Large egos are not welcome on the trail. If you need help or spotting, just ask. We all get stuck and need help, that’s part of the challenge.

Seat belts must be worn by all occupants in your vehicle.

Always stand clear of all winch cables and tow straps when in use. Severe injury can, and does occur.

Be especially courteous to equestrians on the trail. Pull over, STOP, and turn your motor off.

Please follow all instructions by the Trail Boss, as he has everybody’s concerns in mind.
